The Premier Print Awards are the printing industry’s oldest and largest worldwide graphic arts competition, hosted by PIA/GATF. In its 57th year, the annual contest recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of print communications. The event promotes excellence in print communications and rewards companies and individuals who produce the very best in print media. This year, over 5500 entries were received from printing and graphic arts firms from around the world, and judges awarded the Benny to the top entry in each category. Michael Makin, president and CEO of PIA/GATF said, “The Benny winners represent the best our industry has to offer. And in 2006, it was extremely competitive as there were hundreds more entries from companies in 18 countries. Broudy Printing won an Award of Recognition for both the Romoff Holiday Card and the Carnegie Hero Fund Book. Just 313 of the Award of Recognition were distributed in this year’s competition.
