Basically any quantity of mailings that meet the normal USPS bulk mailing requirements and include a QR code will qualify for a 3% postage discount.
The code must be marketing and advertising related and be for the product or service being promoted in the mailing. First class, standard class and non-profit mail can qualify.
Offer valid for all mailings before August 31st, 2011.
New postal rates for 2009 including a two-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail stamp to 44 cents went into effect on Monday, May 11, 2009.
While the new 44-cent rate covers the first ounce of first-class mail, the price for each additional ounce will remain unchanged at 17 cents.
