Pittsburgh, PA  – July 2, 2005 – Broudy Printing of Pittsburgh, PA  received 2 2005 Premier Print Awards for outstanding achievement in the production of Printing. The graphic arts industry’s largest and most prestigious worldwide printing competition, hosted by PIA/GATF, the Premier Print Awards recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of outstanding print communications.  Broudy Printing won an Award of Recognition for both the Romoff Holiday Card and the Carnegie Hero Fund Book. 

Competing against more than 5,200 entries from printing and graphic arts firms around the world, the judges bestowed on Broudy Printing the award which honors the top finalists in each category of the competition. Just 313 of the Award of Recognition were distributed in this year’s competition.

Only a very small number receive an Award of Recognition, let alone 2. The craftsmanship and hard work of Broudy Printing enabled them to produce 2 award winning pieces in the face of some very stiff competition.”

PIA/GATF hosts the Premier Print Awards. In its 56th year, the annual contest recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of print communications.  The event promotes excellence in print communications and rewards companies and individuals who produce the best in print media.
